- Raise the craft of the product. Dashboard and recipient experience. Navigation, information architecture, how things open and close, empty states. Motion, micro-interactions, and transitions are a big part of the job.

- Set a vision for product foundations. Where craft, UX, and UI should go so the product holds up next to Stripe or Brex. Make that vision concrete enough to build toward.
- Cover work that has no designer. Small projects from pods without an embedded designer.
- Partner with an engineer. You'll work with an engineer focused on shipping this craft work with you. Use AI to prototype, show how something should feel, and help engineering implement it.
