Responsibilities
- Own and manage the three connected products: predictions, analytics, and A/B testing.
- Lead a small machine learning team, deciding their work focus and recruitment.
- Define the prediction engine's forecasts, accuracy goals, and validation for customers.
- Investigate and fix dashboard performance issues to improve user engagement.
- Decide on the deployment of existing ML capabilities to products or tests.
Requirements
- Practical experience working hands-on with code or models sufficient to make technical decisions independently.
- Strong mathematics and classical machine learning knowledge, able to discuss model choices, metrics, and horizons.
- Proven product ownership with measurable shipped results rather than managing backlogs.
- Proficiency in SQL and habitually verifying data personally.
