Responsibilities

- Monitor product performance continuously, using data to surface opportunities and drive decisions.
Requirements

- You own your roadmap — comfortable identifying problems, making decisions, and driving things forward in ambiguous environments without waiting to be managed.
- You’re deeply data-driven and comfortable using transaction-level data to diagnose issues, measure performance, and prioritise work.
- You’re someone that enjoys getting into the details and understanding the mechanics of your product — why things fail, what drives performance, and how to fix it.

- You’re comfortable working with financial, risk, and legal stakeholders to design solutions that are client-centric yet compliant.
