- As part of our continued international growth, we are looking for an experienced Operations & Compliance Specialist to support and manage our employment operations in Russia.
Обязанности
- Manage employee onboarding, employment documentation, payroll inputs, leave, benefits, and offboarding processes.
- Support compliance with Russian labor, payroll, tax, and employment regulations.
- Coordinate with local accountants, legal advisors, banks, and relevant government authorities.
- Review payroll calculations and support accurate and timely payroll processes.
- Prepare monthly employee cost and operational reports.
- Support international clients and employees with employment and operational matters.
- Maintain accurate employment-related documentation and records.
- Develop and improve standardized EOR processes, templates, and compliance controls.
- Identify operational and compliance risks and support appropriate solutions.
Требования
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Employment Administration, EOR, PEO, or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of Russian labor regulations and payroll processes.
- Hands-on experience with employee onboarding, employment documentation, payroll processes, and offboarding.
- Experience working with local employment, payroll, tax, and government systems.
- Fluent Russian is required for managing local employment documentation, authorities, and operational processes.
- Working proficiency in English or Turkish for communication with international teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational processes.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of local operations.
- Comfortable working in an international and fast-growing environment.

- Previous experience within an EOR, PEO, staffing, HR outsourcing, or international employment organization.
- Experience supporting international clients and/or globally distributed teams.
- Experience establishing or scaling local employment and compliance processes.
