Lovi is seeking a proactive, hands-on Finance & Operations Officer to take ownership of the company’s day-to-day financial and operational processes including banking, payments, reconciliation, reporting support, and coordination with external providers.
About the product
- Lovi care refers to the Lóvi app, a personal skincare assistant app that uses AI to provide personalized skincare guidance.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the company’s day-to-day financial and operational processes.
- Manage banking and payments.
- Handle reconciliation and reporting support.
- Corporate administration and coordination with the company's external providers.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Experience managing bank accounts and payments
- Experience with external parties
- Experience in data sourcing and automation
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and accountability skills
