Internship role focused on supporting recruiting and talent acquisition processes at a fast-growing AI startup.
Обязанности
- Source and identify strong candidates for open roles
- Review applications and résumés and help build candidate shortlists
- Reach out to candidates through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Conduct initial candidate screening and help evaluate fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, founders, and team members
- Keep our recruiting pipeline and candidate information organized and up to date
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process
- Research new sourcing channels, communities, and recruiting strategies
- Help improve our job descriptions, outreach messages, and hiring processes
- Support the founders with day-to-day recruiting and hiring priorities
Требования
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable reaching out to and speaking with candidates
- Proactive and able to take ownership without constant direction
- Interest in recruiting, staffing, AI, and startups
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous recruiting, sourcing, HR, or staffing experience is a plus, but not required

- You’ll work directly with ’s founders and get hands-on exposure to startup recruiting from sourcing through hiring. You’ll learn how to identify great candidates, run recruiting processes, and help build the early team of a fast-growing AI company.
- This is not an observational internship, you’ll have real responsibility and directly contribute to growing the Asendia team.
