Strategic Senior Creator Manager to develop and execute multi-brand creator strategies driving brand growth and business performance across markets.

At , we're a global growth marketing partner powering the expansion of fast-growing social gaming brands. Headquartered in Gibraltar, our mission is simple: to be the industry leader through deep domain expertise, constant innovation, and strategic scale.

We are seeking a strategic Senior Creator Manager to set multi brand strategy across multiple markets. You will work alongside Head of Media and Partnerships to develop the long-term creator strategy for our portfolio of brands, shaping how creators drive brand growth, audience expansion, and business performance.
You'll build the creator strategy from the ground up, defining the right portfolio mix of macro, mid-tier, micro, streamers and influencers to hit brand and performance goals.
You'll design the operating model that makes it repeatable: sourcing frameworks, contracting, compensation models, content guidelines and performance levers.
You'll run the full creator lifecycle — sourcing, vetting, negotiation, briefing, activation, optimisation and iteration — and keep output predictable.
You'll build the reporting and tracking setup that connects soft awareness metrics through to clicks, conversions, CPA and ROAS.
You'll own a rigorous testing agenda across formats, hooks, creators and integrations, on both paid and organic distribution.
You'll partner with Performance, CRM, Creative, BI/Analytics and Product, and make sure every piece of creator content is compliant with platform, regulatory and market rules for social casino.

A proven track record leading influencer, creator or streamer programmes end to end — ideally in gaming, social casino, iGaming, entertainment or mobile apps.
Demonstrated success running performance-driven creator programmes against hard KPIs (CTR, CPV, CPA, ROAS).
Deep hands-on expertise in creator analytics, audience assessment, brand safety and performance evaluation.
Sharp negotiation, communication and partnership management skills — you've built long-term relationships with talent, agencies and management teams.
Highly organised and proactive, comfortable leading several initiatives at once in a fast-moving environment.
Fluent English, plus a genuine passion for gaming, streaming culture and US creator trends.
Why you will love it
We're small, fast and allergic to bureaucracy. You'll have real ownership from day one, direct access to decision-makers, and the freedom to build something properly good rather than sit in meetings about it.
How we work: open communication in Slack (not hidden in DMs), outcomes documented in, deadlines we actually agree and keep, cameras on for calls because we like feeling connected, and communication that says it in 20 words, not 1,000.
Our values are simple — PASSION and PERFORMANCE. We love the product, we want to work with the best, we hold each other accountable, we choose progress over perfectionism, and we have a strict no-arsehole policy. If that sounds like your kind of team, we'd love to hear from you.
