You will be the risk voice in those conversations, starting before terms are signed. - Quantify the trade-off for the customer: approval rate, expected loss and the guarantee fee.
- Structure risk terms on non-standard deals, including exposure caps, collateral and phased limits.
- Design pilots and phased launches for a new customer or a new vertical: scope, limits, what is measured and the exit criteria.
- Review the deals after launch, comparing actual loss and approval against what was priced.
- INFLUENCE RISK DECISIONS INSIDE
- Carry the customer view into the risk engine and product roadmap.
- Own risk content in requests for proposals, risk questionnaires, and customer due diligence reviews.
- Enable our commercial and customer success teams on a regular cadence: what can be promised on risk, and when risk needs to be in the room.
