- Managing the project during its scaling phase
- Building, maintaining, and prioritizing the backlog
- Managing project risks and changes
- Collaborating with product and technical teams, internal stakeholders, and clients
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Understanding of the financial and payments industries
- Experience working with payment solutions
- Technical background
- Higher technical education
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to independently analyze problems and propose ideas/improvements
- Strong team communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach to solving complex challenges
