About the product

Responsibilities

Design game features for R&D projects end-to-end — from writing GDDs and pitching them to the team to measuring whether they hit their goals.
Run playtests and turn feedback into action.

Requirements

A knack for spotting the essential pieces a feature needs to work, cutting the fluff, and writing it all up clearly and completely.
