paytech is a dynamic fintech company seeking a senior Product Lead to own the vision, UX and roadmap for their web applications and payment interfaces including merchant portal, backoffice, payment widgets and cashiers. This role involves hands-on product leadership with responsibility for product vision, end-to-end UX, AI-assisted workflows, and global design.

- Product vision and roadmap for the merchant portal, backoffice, payment widgets and cashiers.
- End-to-end UX across payment processing, routing, reporting, reconciliation and configuration.
- Information architecture, user journeys, wireframes and prototypes.
- A shared design system across paytech products.
- AI-assisted workflows: contextual assistants, proactive monitoring, anomaly detection, natural-language analytics.
- Global-by-default design: multiple devices, languages (including RTL), currencies, time zones, white-label brands, accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the merchant portal, payment backoffice, payment widgets and cashiers.
- Manage end-to-end UX including payment processing, routing, reporting, reconciliation and configuration.
- Design information architecture, user journeys, wireframes and prototypes.
- Develop a shared design system across paytech products.
- Implement AI-assisted workflows such as contextual assistants, proactive monitoring, anomaly detection, and natural-language analytics.
- Ensure global-ready design supporting multiple devices, languages (including RTL), currencies, time zones, white-label brands, and accessibility.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning payment cashiers, hosted payment pages, checkout flows or payment widgets end to end, from discovery to launch.
- Experience with merchant portals, payment operations back-offices or orchestration platforms is a strong plus.
- A portfolio of products you defined and launched, not just features you coordinated.
- Strong UX judgment, hands-on with Figma or equivalent, comfortable running user interviews and validating solutions.
- Technical fluency in APIs, frontend architecture and performance, confidence working directly with engineers.
- Practical understanding of AI-assisted product experiences: human-in-the-loop workflows, explainability, permission-aware data access.
- Professional English.
Nice to have
- Frontend/UX engineering background, ability to prototype.
- Experience with payment orchestration, acquiring or PSP platforms.
- Multi-tenant/white-label SaaS experience.
- Experience shipping AI assistants, anomaly detection or natural-language analytics in B2B products.
