Обязанности
- The Commercial Transformation Specialist drives the digital transformation and performance improvement of ' partner companies. This role combines process mapping, data analysis, and stakeholder enablement to ensure partners successfully adopt and optimize frontline solutions - Force, Care, and Grow.
- Map and analyze partners' sales and customer service processes to design tailored digital transformation plans.
- Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement data-driven actions.
- Lead adoption and training on ' frontline software, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Create dashboards and materials to track performance and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues, share insights, and drive continuous improvement.
Требования
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or performance analysis.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of digital transformation or frontline operations ( experience is a plus).
- Advanced English
- Willing to travel for partner support.
