- That scale comes with complexity, and handling it on our merchants' behalf has always been our mission. But the way people expect to work is changing in real time. The payment operations lead who spent their morning chasing down why a batch of transactions failed now expects to ask a question and get an answer. And you'll own how merchants experience these capabilities, as our assistant grows from answering questions to doing the work.
