We are hiring a Head of Content Moderation to lead and improve moderation policies and teams in a fast-paced B2C tech environment in Cyprus.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve content moderation policies for user safety.
- Champion compliance across moderation domains with legal and product teams.
- Lead and mentor a team of moderators and managers.
- Build and execute a strategic roadmap for best-in-class moderation.
- Manage relationships with 3rd-party vendors and moderation tech providers.
- Drive improvements in moderation workflows and technologies.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a leadership role in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
- Experience in fast-paced B2C tech environments.
- Strong understanding of UGC platforms and content safety challenges.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional projects.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and project management skills.
- English proficiency; Russian is a strong advantage.
