Requirements
- Global Talent Acquisition CL-8/9/10: CL-8: Candidate with global TA exp with people management, client management, stake holder management, escalation mgmt. (10+ years of exp).
- CL-9: Candidate with global TA exp with people management, client management, stake holder management, escalation mgmt. (8+ years of exp).
- CL-10: Individual contributor with strong Global TA exp (5+yrs of exp) along with stake holder management.
- Employee Services (WFA) | CL 9/10/11/12: CL 9 roles, we are looking for candidates with International Employee data management, hire to retire, EDM experience. Candidate should have strong client management and people management exp along with Any tool experience.
- CL 10 – Acting team lead exp, or team lead exp role with 5 to 6+ years of experience along with any tool experience.
- Cl 11 - Candidate should have domain experience into WFA with exposure to Success factor tool.
- CL 12 – Any HRSS exp will do with good communication skills.
- Compensation & Benefits | CL 8: CL-8- Role we are looking for candidate with Compensation & benefit experience. Candidate should have strong client management and people management exp.
- Performance Management | CL 10/11/12: CL-10- IC or Acting team lead Role exp along with EDM and performance domain knowledge with 5 to 6+ years of experience along with any tool experience.
- CL-11 Candidate should have domain experience into WFA with exposure to Success factor tool.
- Skills Requirement - Excellent communication skills.
- Years of experience – 1 to 14 Years.
Conditions
- Location: Work from Office (100% RTO)
- Shift: US Shift | 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
- Working Hours: 9-hour shift | 2 weekly off
