Responsibilities
- Find relevant projects and submit personalized proposals.
- Build and optimize Upwork profiles.
- Manage profile and proposal boosting within an agreed budget.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups and call scheduling.
- Help convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Track bidding performance and improve results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Upwork bidding, profile optimization and client acquisition.
- Strong written English and client communication skills.
- Understanding of video editing, motion graphics and digital agency services.
- Ability to work independently and meet agreed targets.
