Responsibilities
- Design banners and visual assets for blog articles, landing pages and social posts.
- Generate character sets in Soul ID, cinematic stills in Soul Cinema, and short video examples in Cinema Studio while maintaining character consistency across an entire article.
- Write and refine your own prompts and document them for reproducibility.
- Work with the content team on visual needs before content is written.
- Keep the visual language of the blog coherent as it scales past hundreds of articles.
Requirements
- A portfolio with real AI-generated work: promos, ad spots, reels, short videos or campaigns made with generative tools, with explanation of workflow.
- Hands-on experience producing promo videos with AI end to end including concept, storyboard, generation, editing, sound and final cut.
- Deep fluency with AI image and video models, choosing the right tool per shot.
- Strong prompting skills: write, iterate and debug prompts, understand failures, and adjust approach accordingly.
- Maintain character, style and lighting consistency across image and video series.
- Editing skills to cut 15-30 second promos with pacing, titles, grading, and sound.
- Solid design foundation: strong composition and typography for banners where headlines remain readable at small sizes.
- Comfortable working fast at volume without quality loss.
- English level sufficient to set type and catch broken headlines.
- Ability to explain design decisions clearly.
Nice to have
- Experience creating performance creatives or ads for social platforms like TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts.
- Motion design skills with After Effects or similar for combining AI footage with graphics.
- Advanced workflows such as ComfyUI, LoRA training, upscaling, inpainting, lip-sync.
- Keep up with new AI model releases and test them promptly.
- Own social accounts or channels with AI-made content.
- Previous use of Higgsfield on personal projects.
