I am looking for an HR Manager to join a team on-site in Limassol with a shortened daytime schedule from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
- Ability to handle learning & development and build internal SOPs
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of compensation, benefits administration, and local labor compliance
Conditions
- Full-Time (On-Site)
- Base Salary: €2,000 + Bonuses
- Shortened daytime schedule from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
