Core strategy and operations role within VIP business to identify growth opportunities and design scalable strategies.
- This is a core strategy and operations role within VIP business, serving as the strategic operating brain behind our VIP client franchise.
- You will take an end-to-end business perspective across VIP clients, trading products, market dynamics, and RM operating models. Your responsibility is to identify the most important growth and efficiency opportunities, then design scalable, measurable, and repeatable strategies to address them.
- Beyond developing recommendations, you will translate strategy into client segmentation, product and benefit propositions, operating journeys, decision frameworks, and actionable RM playbooks. You will also personally lead high-impact initiatives from problem definition through execution and performance evaluation.
- This is not a traditional campaign operations or front-line execution role. We are looking for someone with strong business judgment and strategic thinking who is equally comfortable going deep into operational details and driving tangible results.
