Product Manager role at Fundraise Up focused on Core Products & Platform, owning end-to-end product domains that impact donation volume, platform reliability, and nonprofit success. The company emphasizes speed, measurement, and AI integration for scalable solutions in the nonprofit sector.
About the company
- Core Products & Platform is the foundation that powers the entire product — we build and maintain what every other direction at Fundraise Up depends on, and we directly secure the revenue that drives our mission.
- We own the full donation lifecycle: from the moment a donor lands on a checkout page to the financial flows behind every transaction, the integrations that connect our platform to the nonprofit's ecosystem, and the platform infrastructure that makes everything scale.
- Experiment velocity is our competitive DNA. 80%+ of growth experiments run through our products.
- We move fast, we measure everything, and we never break what matters.
About the product
- Product Managers take full end-to-end ownership of a product domain impacting donation volume, platform reliability, and nonprofit success.
- You will set strategy, define roadmaps, write specs that engineering can build from, and drive outcomes — not just ship features.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, and Customer Success to turn complex problems into elegant, scalable solutions.
- You will help write the playbook rather than follow a finished one.

- Maintain domain health through product metrics, reliability signals, and balance new features, experiments, and technical sustainability.
- Define and own quarterly goals and success metrics for your domain.
- Run structured discovery including customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel review, and data exploration.
- Partner with PM Growth on experiment design and delivery.
- Collaborate with GTM to resolve enterprise-critical issues and create scalable product improvements.
- Track product health with clear attribution and causal reasoning.
- Use AI as a default tool in research, analysis, spec writing, and communication.
