Spotware Systems is hiring an experienced MT4/MT5 Customer Support Engineer to join their team onsite in Limassol, Cyprus with a full relocation package. The role involves supporting large-scale trading products in FinTech and Brokerage environments.
About the company

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality B2B technical and functional support to clients and internal teams.
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues using SQL, system logs, and app-level analysis.
- Diagnose platform-level issues involving MT4/MT5, plugins, gateways, and liquidity bridges.
- Collaborate with developers, internal teams, and 3rd-party providers to drive issues to resolution.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation for internal and external use.
Requirements
- 3+ years (or 4+ years) of technical support experience in a Forex / FinTech / Brokerage environment.
- Solid knowledge of MT4 / MT5 platforms (Manager & Admin levels), plugins, and gateways.
- Hands-on experience with liquidity bridges (oneZero, PrimeXM, Centroid, etc.).
- Practical SQL skills (writing, debugging, and analyzing queries for troubleshooting).
- Strong OS and application-level support skills.
- AI-Augmented mindset: You actively use AI tools in your daily workflow to work smarter and faster.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
Nice to have
- Experience with API integrations.
- Knowledge of the FIX protocol.
- Basic scripting or programming skills.
