Lead distribution and investment partnerships for Sony Music Korea, managing team and partnerships to drive business growth.

Lead new distribution and investment partnership opportunities, from evaluation and negotiation through deal execution.
Manage and support existing partner labels, fostering strong relationships and driving long-term business growth.
Oversee day-to-day distribution operations to ensure seamless execution and service excellence.
Lead, coach, and develop the distribution team, driving performance and collaboration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner success and execute strategic initiatives.

This is an opportunity to play a leading role in Sony Music Korea’s local business growth, managing both new and existing distribution and investment partnerships. You will lead a talented operations team while serving as a trusted partner to labels across our network. The ideal candidate will thrive on building relationships, driving growth, and turning strategy into results.
15+ years proven experience in music distribution, label relations, business development, or partnership management within the music industry.
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of negotiating and executing distribution, or investment agreements.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish trusted partnerships both internally and externally.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Strategic thinker, capable of translating business insights into actionable growth strategies.
