Key role leading Solana security projects at OpenZeppelin with focus on architecture, deployment and ecosystem representation.

- Lead Solana workstreams end-to-end from architecture through deployment
- Build production-grade programs where security is the primary constraint
- Own hard design questions for an emerging ecosystem
- Run independent client-facing roadmap discussions
- Elevate team standards through code review and mentorship
- Represent OpenZeppelin in the Solana ecosystem
- Use AI as a core daily tool for security work
- Collaborate on cross-team research and threat analysis
Требования
- 3+ years building production Solana programs
- Demonstrated ability leading multi-quarter technical workstreams
- Deep SVM fluency including account model, PDAs, and compute budgeting
- Contributions to Solana standards (SIDs, SPL)
- Experience working alongside foundation or protocol teams
- Proficiency with Anchor and low-level runtime programming
- Security-first mindset with auditing/hardening experience
- AI-native workflow using Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent
- Strong English communication skills
