Responsibilities
- Define elegant and well-considered product experiences that accelerate sales workflows for the Guide CI Product area.
- Design product experiences for Outreach’s AI-powered sales platform focusing on the Guide Conversational Intelligence solution.
- Collaborate with teams owning frequently used product surfaces and shape product vision and roadmap with cross-functional partners.
- Work on seamless workflow experiences and grow skills within Outreach’s international Product Design team.

- Talented designer with passion for defining workflow experiences and executing detailed interaction & UI designs.
- Collaborative and capable of shaping product vision and roadmap with cross-functional partners.
