• At some point in the future, every business will answer their phone with voice AI. We are building the platform that makes it possible. Company builds conversational voice AI agents for high volume phone workflows. Our customers use us to qualify leads, book appointments, route calls, and resolve real customer conversations in production. We are growing fast and just getting started. **About the Role ** This is our first product hire. You will be helping drive the direction of Company. Our customers are pretty good at telling us what hurts right now, and much less so at telling us what they are going to need in six months to a year from now. That's where you'll come in. You will spend a lot of your time sitting between engineering and customer success, pulling everything together into a roadmap the team believes in, and then staying with it until it's shipped and people are actually using it. We think of this as a revenue generating role. What you choose to build determines which deals we can win and which customers grow with us, and you will be measured on that alongside the rest of the go-to-market team.
