ai tooling
Full Stack Engineer role focused on AI product development and shipping solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Обязанности
- We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer who’s excited about AI and thinks like a product owner. Someone who is scrappy, opinionated, and energized by building from zero to one in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You care more about what ships than what stack you’re shipping on, and you use AI tooling (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) as a genuine force multiplier, not a novelty. At Podium, you’ll have the chance to work on projects that directly shape the success of our platform and the businesses we support.
- You'll own features end-to-end, from the first design conversation to production. You'll influence architecture, collaborate closely with product, design and business stakeholders, and help keep our systems reliable as we scale. You'll also invest in the people around you: sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and raising the team's collective ceiling. Contributing to a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement, while staying ahead of trends in AI.
Требования
- 4+ years of experience contributing to systems that drive real impact.
- Experience at a fast-moving startup or SaaS company.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams to create and refine impactful solutions.
- Exposure to our current stack (Elixir/Phoenix, React, Python, PostgreSQL) and AI technologies, or genuine curiosity to pick it up fast.
