- We look for the following competencies to thrive in this role:
- Expertise: Proven track record of successfully managing onboarding programs or implementation consulting for Tier 1 and Tier 2 SaaS customers, handling large-scale accounts or high-value enterprise portfolios. You bring exceptional technical aptitude for solving complex enterprise architecture and ecosystem connectivity challenges, with deep knowledge of APIs, integrations, or SDK configurations. Furthermore, you demonstrate strategic AI literacy with comfort leading the adoption of AI platforms to optimize operational delivery, scale data workflows, automate complex reporting, and drive personal efficiency.
- Language & travel: Fluency in English and proficiency in German or French is a major advantage; willingness to travel as needed, including working from our Amsterdam office at least two times a week, is required.

- Collaboration: High EQ with a mastery of oral and written communication, enabling you to act as a trusted advisor to C-level/C-suite customer stakeholders, translate deep technical logic into business terms, and address diverse, massive user groups. You confidently navigate massive, disparate user groups and global organizational politics, driving consensus across conflicting internal and external stakeholder interests to achieve "Win-Win" outcomes.
