A deep understanding of what makes social content useful, engaging, and shareable.
The ability to explain complex ideas simply without dumbing them down.
A genuine interest in writing, publishing, books, or the creator economy.

Experience creating short-form video content.
Familiarity with the publishing industry or the challenges independent authors face.
Fluent in multiple languages.
A good dose of ambition, a willingness to learn, and a great sense of humor.
