Our desktop apps and browser extensions run across hundreds of thousands of installations worldwide. You'll build the systems that help us understand whether those apps are capturing data reliably, identify problems across the fleet, and ensure the data they produce flows dependably into our processing and AI pipelines.
- This is a hands-on technical leadership role on our Recorder Engineering team. You'll shape the feature, reliability, and observability roadmap for the Workflow Mapping client platform, establish meaningful measures of ingestion health, and drive improvements across team boundaries. You'll work primarily in Python, with TypeScript and Go as needed, and partner with engineers deploying and operating our services in AWS.
