Manage and develop influencer and creator partnerships to enhance brand reach, engagement, and authentic representation.

- You'll connect the client with the creators who bring its brand to life in the most authentic, relatable way across social. This is a multi-faceted role blending influencer strategy, relationship management, creative thinking, and operational precision. You'll develop and manage the creator community end to end — shaping how the client partners with influencers and content creators to drive reach, engagement, and genuine advocacy.
- The client's relationship with creators is different from most beauty brands. The people who represent the brand need to genuinely reflect the diversity, honesty, and purpose it stands for. Success means a thriving, well-managed creator community, a programme that scales across markets, and influencer partnerships that feel as authentic to audiences as they do to the creators themselves.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or creator management, with a focus on consumer brands — ideally beauty, personal care, wellness, or FMCG
- A track record of identifying, recruiting, briefing, and managing influencers and content creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Experience building and maintaining ongoing creator communities or ambassador programmes — not just one-off campaign activations
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships, campaigns, and workstreams simultaneously without losing detail
- Working knowledge of influencer contracts, usage rights, disclosure regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience supporting project-level budget tracking and financial administration, including creator fees, gifting spend, and purchase orders
- Creative thinking, with the ability to develop engaging briefs, gifting concepts, event ideas, and community activations that strengthen creator relationships
- Confidence presenting to and partnering with brand clients, with clear and structured communication skills
- Proficiency with influencer management platforms (such as CreatorIQ, Traackr, Grin, or similar) and social listening or analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to report on campaign performance, interpret engagement data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Genuine interest in creator culture and social platforms, with a clear understanding of what makes influencer content feel authentic versus forced
- Appreciation for inclusive representation, with experience or a strong interest in working with diverse creators who reflect a broad range of backgrounds, identities, body types, and experiences
- An organised, solutions-focused approach to managing competing priorities and complexity
- Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus, particularly for multi-market expansion
- Proficiency with Gen AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to enhance creator research, brief development, reporting, and programme communications
- Experience building personal AI workflows to improve efficiency and quality across influencer identification, content analysis, and trend monitoring
- Agentic approach to self-direction, prioritisation, and problem-solving across competing workstreams
- Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and apply human judgement in relationship management, creative evaluation, and brand alignment decisions
