Обязанности
- Own the Sales Operations support channel in Slack for your region, answering questions from sales teams and keeping the queue moving
- Take each request end to end — diagnose it, fix what you can, and pull in the right people from Operations, Salesforce Administration or Finance when you can't
- Help sellers navigate Salesforce: opportunities, quotes, accounts and the sales process
- Investigate and correct data quality issues before they hold up a deal
- Build simple documentation and guides so sellers can help themselves next time
- Flag recurring issues to the team so we can fix root causes rather than the same symptom twice
- Provide extended support at quarter-end and year-end, when deal volume peaks. On the final day of the quarter this means being available until 11pm UK time as we work to the signing cut-off — your first will be year-end, 31 December
Требования

- Strong attention to detail, particularly where data accuracy affects revenue
