- We are looking for a hands-on customs professional to take full ownership of export declaration processes for our outbound shipments. This is not a desk-bound role – you will be based in our Dongguan factory, where you will prepare and verify all shipping documents, coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and ensure that every consignment clears smoothly. You will act as the critical bridge between the factory floor and our Qianhai Office Finance Team, making sure that declaration data aligns with VAT rebate requirements and government subsidy criteria. Your work will directly impact our ability to claim refunds on time, maintain a clean customs compliance record, and avoid costly delays or penalties.
