Build deep relationships with installation and Fleet partners to ensure high-quality network deployments at scale.
О компании
- is a vertically integrated networking company. Hardware, software, services, ISP, and autonomous networks—all built on a single data pipeline from the local network to the data center.
- The internet runs the world. Every purchase you make, video call you join, it's all packets flowing through networks. But those networks haven’t changed for decades. They’re brittle, complex, and surprisingly hard to set up in an enterprise space.
- We started to build better networks. We had to build everything from the ground-up: designing and building our own enterprise hardware, intuitive software, and streamlined operations to deliver great outcomes for our customers. Today, we build and deploy these networks at scale. Ambitious companies and enduring institutions like Bridgewater, Lyft, Reddit, rely on to keep their thousands of employees and locations online and productive.
- Our bet with is simple: we will all use the internet more than we do today. We believe we have the definitive networking stack in place to enable business to do so as seamlessly and reliably as any modern utility.

- Fleet capacity scales ahead of demand. You maintain a live view of each partner's capacity against forecasted volume, and proactively negotiate expansion - more named technicians, updated rate structures, renewed capacity agreements - before it becomes a bottleneck.
- Technicians want to work on projects. You launch recognition programs that incentives motivate technicians to deliver exceptional work. Partners should feel like our product is built just for them, technicians should feel like our colleagues, and customers will love the outcome as a result.
- Technician feedback continuously improves the system. You launch partner scorecards, structured check-ins, and an engagement cadence so partners always know how they are performing and insights from the field consistently improve how deploys networks.
- This role sits at the center of the partner performance loop - the system that ensures Fleet partners consistently deliver high-quality deployments. A typical week might include:
- Running partner performance reviews and identifying improvement plans when partners miss KPIs.
- Reviewing upcoming deployment volume against current partner capacity, and proactively negotiating capacity expansion - new technicians, updated agreements - with partners who need to scale.
- Leading commercial conversations on rates, capacity commitments, and contract terms as partners grow with .
- Meeting with Fleet technicians and partner leadership to understand operational challenges and unblock deployments.
- Designing incentive programs that reward technicians for quality work and on-time installs.

- builds enterprise networking as a service: we design, install, and manage the critical networking infrastructure modern companies run on. Every network that deploys depends on technicians showing up on time, doing excellent work, and getting it right the first time. This is only possible when installation partners are supported, incentivized, and held to a high standard. Fleet Ops owns that loop.
- deploys networks through a global installation ecosystem we call Fleet - a network of partners and technicians responsible for building critical internet infrastructure. As Fleet scales, we need systems that ensure partners consistently deliver high-quality work across thousands of deployments.
- In this role, you will build deep relationships with our installation and Fleet partners and build the systems that ensure they consistently deliver high-quality network deployments at scale. Your job is to make partners successful: driving performance, improving systems, and building the programs that help technicians do their best work.
- If you do this well, partners will execute faster installs, higher quality work, and at a lower cost per deployment. This will drive scale globally and make the best platform for partners to develop their technical practice and grow their business.
- In year two, you could build the global performance system that powers ’s deployment network - from partner scorecards and incentive programs to technician certification and training. You will expand the installation partner ecosystem by onboarding and developing Fleet partners in new markets, manage ’s most strategic installation partners, or share insights that influence the next generation of installer tooling and operational systems that support Fleet.
