We're hiring a Head of Content Moderation to lead a team and design moderation policies in an onsite role in Limassol, Cyprus.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement content moderation policies for user safety.
- Lead and mentor a team of moderators and managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate moderation technologies.
- Manage relationships with 3rd-party vendors and moderation tools.
- Drive continuous improvements in moderation workflows and internal tools.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a leadership role within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
- 3+ years in fast-paced B2C tech companies.
- Strong understanding of UGC platforms and content safety challenges.
- Experience with compliance regulations and risk evaluation.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Technical background in Engineering, Data Science, or AI is a plus.
