We’re looking for a Senior Tax / Corporate Lawyer or Consultant to join an international fintech group operating across crypto and electronic money.
Responsibilities
- International taxation & withholding tax
- VAT & transfer pricing
- Cross-border corporate structures & tax optimisation
- Onshore / offshore structures
- OECD rules and international tax matters
- Corporate law & governance of regulated entities
- Ownership changes, restructurings & group holding structures
- Advising on complex cross-border corporate matters
Requirements
- Strong background in international tax and/or corporate law
- Experience with cross-border structures and international financial businesses
- Ideally, a background in tax advisory / consulting
- In-house experience can also work if it’s within a complex fintech, crypto, payments or other international financial company
- Strong knowledge of international tax principles, OECD rules and transfer pricing
- Excellent English
