Seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead and scale a fast-growing iGaming business in Cyprus, focusing on marketing, operations, and commercial growth in grey markets.

Responsibilities
- Define, optimise and execute the overall business strategy aligned with growth and profitability targets
- Take full ownership of P&L, performance, and long-term business unit direction
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Drive expansion across existing and new geographies
- Oversee performance marketing, acquisition, retention, and brand strategy
- Ensure strong ROI across all acquisition channels, including affiliates, social channels, influencers and brand ambassadors
- Lead data-driven decision-making to optimize growth and customer lifetime value
- Work closely with CRM and product teams to maximize monetization
- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and performance
- Build and optimize operational structures, processes, and KPIs
- Align product, tech, marketing, and commercial teams to execute strategy effectively
- Ensure the business operates with agility in a fast-moving, competitive environment
- Build, lead, and mentor senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven culture
- Drive hiring strategy for key leadership roles
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Managing Director (or equivalent senior leadership role) for 5+ years
- Demonstrable background in iGaming grey market industries
- Demonstrated expertise in both marketing and operations leadership
- Experience managing full business P&L and scaling revenue-driven organizations
- Track record of operating in highly competitive, fast-paced environments
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth and profitability
