No porper response from HR end . Even no Technicle rounds are taken Hr Person themself taking decision of rejection without any round or evluation of candidature .Not Professional enough. And also HR within have Communication Gaps . Why they are calling to candidate and for which Position they are hiring HR Persons dont know how to screen the candidature.
