- “A benefit of being a TSE at is about being a part of a fast-growing company. You learn about the latest products deeply and learn how to effectively communicate what you have learned in an easy-to-understand way for customers: ‘If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough.’ Albert Einstein” - Daniel, TSE Intern, London
- “After training (which feels a lot like university lectures) you spend time in queue, which is basically being on-call for the next chat/call/email that comes in. When a customer needs something, whether that’s information about a product, how to set up that product, or that product having a bit of a moment, you are the one who gets to be the source of truth for that person. Being able to communicate this to them in a reasonable amount of time is paramount to doing well in this role” - Tedrick, TSE Intern, HQ
