Manage 's contracts management system, own Ironclad admin tasks, negotiate smaller commercial contracts, and support legal operations using AI tools.
О компании
- is a web infrastructure company. Our products are used by leading businesses in sales, marketing, insurance, and coding to build best-in-class AI agents with flexible and powerful programmatic access to the web.
- We've raised $230 million from Kleiner Perkins, Sequoia, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Khosla Ventures, First Round, and Terrain to build the web for AIs. We're currently valued at $2 billion and we're forming a world-class team of engineers, designers, marketers, sellers, researchers, and operational experts to achieve our mission.
- Job : You will run 's contracts management system end-to-end, owning Ironclad as its admin — building and maintaining workflows, routing approvals and signatures, fixing what breaks, and keeping the repository in a state where the reporting can be trusted. You'll also negotiate directly: smaller commercial items like NDAs and order forms are yours to close within playbook, and anything outside it you'll triage and hand to counsel with a clear recommendation. We use AI tooling for first-pass markup and playbook checks, and you'll work the same way, using it to move faster rather than slower.
- You : Have spent 5+ years in contracts, legal operations, or commercial legal support at a technology or SaaS company. You've been the admin on Ironclad, not just a user — you can build a workflow from scratch and debug one someone else built. You've negotiated on your own and know which issues are worth spending goodwill on. You're tech fluent, have used AI tooling in contract review or legal ops, and have a real point of view on where it falls short — bonus points if you've built agentic workflows to streamline work across legal, sales, and procurement. You're detail and operations obsessed, would rather fix a process than run it twice, and you write and communicate clearly and directly. A JD or paralegal certification helps but isn't required.
- Our team works fully in-person , between our Palo Alto HQ and San Francisco office. We’re a flat, talent-dense organization dedicated to solving technical and creative problems.
- We seek like-minded individuals who share our passion for applying science, creativity, and consistency to big and complex problems with equally big outcomes. These are our values:
- Own customer impact: It’s on us to ensure real-world outcomes for our customers.
- Obsess over craft: Perfect every detail because quality compounds.
- Accelerate change : Ship fast, adapt faster, and move frontier ideas into production.
- Create win-wins : Creatively turn trade-offs into upside.
- Make high-conviction bets : Try and fail. But succeed an unfair amount.
