- This is a 12-week internship during summer 2027.
- As a User Research Intern, you'll join our User Research team to help researchers, designers, and product managers understand user needs across products like Cloud and developer tools. You'll tackle complex product problems, craft research reports that drive design and product decisions, and build foundational skills in UX research at scale.
- Actively pursuing a career in user research through a degree in a research-related field, or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of general research principles (experimental design, bias, confounds) and UX research principles (usability testing, design thinking)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate research findings clearly, supported by a final report from a past research project (school, bootcamp, or extracurricular) uploaded with your application
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and 's role in the crypto economy, with interest in learning more
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
