About the product
- The platform is an AI-powered ecommerce search and discovery solution designed to improve shopper experience and business metrics.
- The Prospect UI Solutions team focuses on enhancing website discovery experiences for prospective customers through seamless integration of customer data with Constructor's services.
Responsibilities
- Write JavaScript code to collect data essential for training proprietary AI models.
- Utilize AI as a tool to accelerate problem solving and build solutions independently.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts and Account Executives to secure deals with prominent ecommerce brands.
- Assist prospects in integrating their data and user interfaces with services, focusing on ETL and front-end integrations.
- Validate prospect data and ensure quality of service results.
- Develop and scale demo infrastructure to improve Sales team demo capabilities.
- Address technical inquiries from Account Executives regarding services.
- Provide thoughtful code reviews and empathetic problem solving support to teammates.
- Develop dashboards and alerts using React, Redux, Node, Clickhouse and OpenSearch.
- Implement and test new features for open-source JavaScript UI libraries and REST clients.
- Lead cross-team efforts to prioritize prospects' needs as a strategic focus.
- Foster team culture through organizing team-building activities and promoting empathy, growth, and support.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of professional or relevant academic experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English level C1 (CEFR) or higher.
- Ability to attend regular meetings between 1400 and 1800 UTC and work hours ideally between 0900 and 1200 UTC.
- Strong foundation and experience with server-side and client-side programming languages.
- Enjoy interacting with customers and solving new problems daily.
- Quick learner of new technologies and design patterns.
- Experience building user interfaces with front-end frameworks like React, Vue or Angular.
- Proven track record of building user-friendly UIs.
- Experience with automated tests like Cypress, Jest, or React Testing Library.
- JavaScript experience is a strong asset; candidates with proven software development background and willingness to learn JavaScript considered.
- Nice to have: TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, Storybook, Python and web scraping experience.
