Manage finance systems, workflows, and controls to support efficient accounting operations and scalable team growth.

We build a platform that finds the bugs other testing approaches never see. runs your entire system inside a deterministic simulation, breaks it in every way we can think of, and hands you a root cause with a perfect reproduction — no flaky tests, no false positives, no "works on my machine." Engineering teams debug faster and ship with far more confidence.
AI-generated code has made this work more urgent than ever. Agents write code faster than any human can, but faster code isn’t better code if it’s buggy, stuck in review, or quietly failing in production. The verification bottleneck is real, and it’s growing. That is precisely the problem exists to solve. We’ve spent years quietly rethinking how the world approaches software reliability, and we’re just getting started.
We’re well-funded, deeply technical, and headquartered in Northern Virginia with satellite offices in London and San Francisco. Our team is in the office daily, which is how we take on hard problems together. If that sounds like fun to you, keep reading.

is looking for an Accounting Operations Manager to build and run the operational backbone of our finance function. You'll own the systems, workflows, and controls that sit underneath our accounting work — making sure close runs smoothly, data is reliable, and the team can scale without adding headcount proportionally.
This role is for someone who sees process as leverage. You should be equally comfortable in the weeds of an ERP configuration and presenting a controls framework to leadership. We're in the office daily in Vienna, VA.
Own the accounting systems stack: ERP administration, integrations, and data integrity
Design and document accounting workflows, controls, and policies
Drive automation across the accounting function, from close to reporting
Support month-end and year-end close operations as a key contributor
Build audit readiness infrastructure: reconciliations, documentation, evidence collection
Partner with finance, engineering, and ops to integrate new tools and processes as the business
grows
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in how accounting work gets done

5+ years in accounting operations, finance systems, or a controller-adjacent role
Hands-on experience with ERP administration, ideally NetSuite
Strong understanding of GAAP and how accounting principles translate into system design
Track record of building processes and controls in a fast-moving environment
Analytically sharp with the ability to think in systems, not just tasks
Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
High ownership orientation — you treat the accounting infrastructure as yours to improve
