- is a rapidly scaling global B2B diamond and gemstone marketplace connecting jewellery retailers with competitive, high-quality suppliers worldwide. Processing $300M+ in annual transactions and operating across multiple regions, is transforming a $350B industry that has historically been slow to modernise.
- Our platform gives businesses of all sizes, from independent jewellers to major retail chains access to the world's best diamond and gemstone inventory, without the traditional barriers of capital, geography, or information asymmetry.
- Diamond and gemstone trading has long been plagued by inefficiency, opacity, and exclusivity. was built to change that - to democratise access and empower every business, regardless of size or location, to buy and sell with confidence. Independent jewellers are at the heart of this mission. They deserve the same access to quality, pricing, and selection as the biggest players in the industry. That's exactly what we give them.

- Work inbound leads within SLA (minutes, not hours) and convert them to booked demos.
- Build and execute outbound sequences against target retailer lists; personalise at speed, not at leisure.
- Qualify hard: right buyer type, purchase volume, intent, timeline. Kill bad leads quickly.
- Book, confirm, and protect the demo — reduce no-shows with reminders and pre-demo touches.
- Keep the CRM immaculate: every touch logged, every lead dispositioned, pipeline data trustworthy.
- Feed learnings back: objections heard, messaging that lands, segments that convert.
- 1–3 years in a SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR role with a transactional, high-volume motion — short cycles, big numbers, daily intensity.
- A killer on the phone and crisp in writing; comfortable with 60–80+ meaningful touches a day.
- Process-driven: you live in cadences and CRM hygiene rather than fighting them.
- Coachable and resilient — you treat "no" as data and keep the energy up on day 20 of the month, not just day 1.
- Native or professional proficiency in English and Italian is required for this role.
- Jewellery knowledge not required; hunger and rigour are.
