Property management company is looking for a full-time Property Manager to handle tenant communication, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and support tenant move-ins in Limassol.
Responsibilities
- Dynamic, field-based role
- Tenant communication & support
- Rent collection & payment follow-up
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, contractors & utilities
- Supporting new tenant move-ins
Requirements
- English required
- Greek / Russian an advantage
- Property management experience an advantage
- Responsible, organised & able to manage your own schedule
- Good computer & communication skills
