We’re looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on production experience in LLMs, multi-agent systems, MCP, and backend development to work on B2C and B2B SaaS trading platforms. The role is hybrid in Cyprus, requiring fluent English and preferably experienced in fintech with Russian.
About the company
- Quadcode has been building B2C and B2B SaaS trading platforms for clients around the world for 13 years.
Responsibilities
- Building features, owning solutions end-to-end and understanding their real business impact including metrics, cost, latency, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements
- Hands-on production experience in LLMs, multi-agent systems, MCP, and backend development.
- Fluent English is required.
- Experience in fintech and fluent Russian would be a big plus.
Conditions
- Location: Cyprus — hybrid, 3 days per week from the office (Limassol or Larnaca).
- Candidates already based in Cyprus are preferred.
