Responsible for driving growth through go-to-market, operational improvements, and experimentation.

This role sits at the intersection of growth and execution. That means the scope will shift as the company evolves, but it will likely include:
Launching and refining GTM motions
Strengthening operational systems so the team moves faster
Designing and running experiments tied to clear outcomes
Identifying bottlenecks and fixing them
Turning ambiguous problems into structured plans

The base salary range for this role is $100,000-$140,000. Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and scope of the role. In exceptional cases, offers may fall outside this range.
