Tango is hiring a Senior SRE in Limassol, Cyprus to lead and scale multi-cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes applications, build CI/CD pipelines, and participate in on-call rotations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale multi-cloud infrastructure (mainly GCP) and core Kubernetes applications.
- Drive architectural improvements for high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Build CI/CD pipelines and automate workflows to optimize team operations.
- Own technical projects from inception to delivery, researching modern tools.
- Participate in L2 On-Call rotation and conduct root-cause analysis for incidents.
- Maintain technical documentation and best practices.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes and managing production clusters.
- Strong background in GCP and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Proven track record with Prometheus monitoring and application debugging.
- Deep knowledge of GitLab for CI/CD and repository management.
- Solid Linux fundamentals with proficiency in Python or Bash.
- Functional English proficiency for effective global collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with GitOps, Envoy, and large-scale time-series data with VictoriaMetrics.
- Software development experience in languages like Go or Python.
