Tango is hiring a Senior SRE to lead and scale multi-cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes applications, focusing on improving architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead, maintain, and scale our multi-cloud infrastructure (primarily GCP) and Kubernetes applications.
- Drive architectural improvements for high availability and performance.
- Build robust CI/CD pipelines to enhance team efficiency.
- Own technical initiatives from inception to delivery and run Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
- Participate in L2 On-Call rotation and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and best practices.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes and managing production K8s clusters.
- Strong background in GCP and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Proven track record with Prometheus-based monitoring and debugging.
- Deep knowledge of GitLab CI/CD processes.
- Solid Linux fundamentals with proficiency in Python or Bash.
- Functional English proficiency for effective collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with GitOps, Envoy, and VictoriaMetrics.
- Software development experience in Go or Python.
