- RBT Training (40-hour course completed; certification not required)
- CPR Training
- In-home ABA therapy experience required
- Ability to follow strict programming guidelines and handle SIBs (self-injurious behaviors)

- Competitive pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
- Supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification
- Ongoing training and supervision by experienced BCBAs
