Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership
- Experience managing $10K+/day ad budgets
- Strong background in direct-response funnels
- Experience in edtech, wellness, or e-commerce
- Data-driven mindset: CAC, LTV, ROMI expertise
- Hands-on approach to execution
- English level: B2–C1
